Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Lumpy's Best Ball Challenge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate. The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Employees of the organizing entity and their immediate family members are eligible to participate but must adhere to the same rules as all other participants.

3. Entry Rules

Each entry requires a $25 fee, which must be paid before the start of the tournament. Entries without payment will not be counted toward prize eligibility. All entries must be submitted by the specified deadlines for each round.

4. Scoring and Prizes

Scoring is based on the lowest scores of your best 4 players in each round. Prizes will be distributed according to the published rules, with 40% to 1st place, 20% to 2nd place, and 10% to 3rd place. All prizes are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Modifications to Terms

The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to all participants via email.

6. Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not responsible for technical issues, errors in the scoring system, or other factors outside of their control. By participating, you agree to hold harmless the organizers from any claims related to your participation.
